Saad received his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1996. He started his career as Chief Exchange of Data Packaging at Saudi Telecom Company. He later joined Arabian Petrochemical Company as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for 3 years, before he moved to being Project Inspector Engineer at Al Hoty Establishment.
Saad joined WESCOSA- Electrical Industries Company as Vice President- HR & Support services in 2002. Some of Saad’s achievements are reducing the company turnover from 11% to less than 5% and created a Personal Development Program (PDP) and succession planning for employees within two years. In 2011, Saad has been appointed as the CEO of TME, one of AZAQ’s subsidiary businesses, the first medium and high voltage motors manufacturing facility in the Middle East.
