Jay specializes in Project & Program Management, FP&A, financial reporting & control, strategic planning and risk management, ERP Implementation, supplier management, tender evaluation & contract negotiation, bid preparation & CRM.
Jay is a Harvard School Graduate on High Potential Leadership for Executives; Leadership. He is also an MBA, Business Finance, holder from The University of Hull. In addition, Jay attended a Leadership Program, Developing Future Leaders in Hult International Business School.
Jay as a Chief Accountant at Emile Woolf Fact Plc Education, and later CallTrak Telecommunication. Jay joined British Telecommunications GlobalServices – UK and had multiple positions from Finance Analyst to Finance Controller. Jay gained more rich international experience by joining Deloitte -Resources Global Professional in London in 2007 for multiple roles with big clients. Some of Jay’s accomplishments includes but not limited to, producing a 3 year plan for CWI. (US$ 3 billion revenue, 7000 employees with operation in Panama, Caribbean, Indian, Atlantic & Pacific Islands, and Macau).
In 2010, Jay European Aeronautics Defense & Space Company (GPT) – Saudi Arabia. Jay’s impressive credentials, knowledge and expertise in the market has led him to join AQESA in 2013 as CFO, and got promoted to the General Manager of AQESA in 2018.
