Feras Alabkari, Senior Director of Human Capital has more than 13 years of experience in well-known multinationals and leading family-owned conglomerates.

Feras is a qualified HR seasoned leader with a successful record in managing, developing, and transforming Human Resources functions. Feras possesses strong business acumen skills that enabled him to add value to the different businesses he worked in. His knowledge was driven from deep business involvement and professional qualifications such as SHRM-SCP (US), Certified Training & Development Professional by ILM (UK), PHR-I (US), and certified Trainer by the John Maxwell association (US).

Feras started his career with Transocean Deepwater, specialized in oil extraction through its advanced offshore rigs. Feras helped Transocean in developing various training and organizational development activities. Following this Feras joined Olayan Group as an HR Executive, responsible for managing and developing HR departments in the Oil & Gas affiliates that are located in the eastern region in Saudi Arabia. Feras then moved to Abdulla Fouad Group. With Abdulla Fouad Group, Feras was able introduce a strong performance management program and state-of-the-art leadership development programs that transformed the way people work and lead the business which helped in increasing their productivity dramatically. After a successful journey with the previous organizations, Feras joined AZAQ to start a new exciting journey to redefine the HR function to a Human Capital unit investing in our most valuable assets, our people.

Besides his technical expertise in HR and his advanced leadership skills, Feras is a qualified trainer and coach. He delivers various courses in HR, Leadership and other soft skills as well as providing coaching sessions for professional and leadership development. He has been instrumental in leading the implementation of various HR systems in the organizations he has worked with proving his ability to leverage and apply technology in HR automation and digitalization.
