He demonstrated success in various business sectors, particularly in business development, sales, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external business partners. Fadi has a bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Jami’at Amman Al-Ahliyya.
Fadi started his career as an Accountant in Abu Khadem in 1999, and was later appointed as an operation Manager at Abu Khadem Group in Amman, Jordan in 2002. Fadi’s goal-oriented attitude and hard work has moved him to Senior Operations Manager in 2008. Fadi also worked at Fine Hygienic Holding – Nuqul Group
In 2014, Fadi joined Tamer Group as National Sales Manager- Nestle Consumer Division & P&G Consumer Division. One of Fadi’s achievements is delivering a 30% growth over the year 2014 by implementing a solid and customized Go to Market plan that focuses on sales by customer & SKU across all the regions and channels.
Fadi’s rich experience led him to be appointed as Sales Director of Distribution & Marketing Company Ltd. (DMC) in 2018, and in 2020 was appointed as the General Manager of AQM.
