Ayman worked with investment banks Gulf Finance House and Elaf Bank, focusing on private equity and investment banking transactions. Ayman was also previously a member of PwC’s Corporate Finance and Advisory team based in Dubai, where he was involved in high-profile regional transactions.Ayman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the USA and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. Ayman also attended an Executive Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
