We are proud to announce the launch of a new logo as part of the ongoing evolution of the Ali Zaid Al Quraishi & Brothers (AZAQ) brand.
In 2013, AZAQ reached some exciting milestones. With the recent agreement between AZAQ and United Biscuits in regards to the International Biscuits Company (IBC) joint venture, our JVs, Associate Companies and Subsidiaries now number twenty. We are active in seven Industry Verticals and we continue to expand our local manufacturing operations.
As we look forward to more investments and partnerships, we thought that it was time to consider the AZAQ brand and logo to ensure it best represents who we are and where we’re going. After discussion and evaluation, we chose a new logo that shows our name, Al Quraishi, in a modern style based on traditional Arabic principles. The logo graphically represents us as a Saudi family owned company, in harmony with our local market in the Kingdom, while reaching out to the wider world to bring the best home.
The task in the coming months will be to update our logo throughout our ecosystem. We realize that changing a logo is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so we will finalize it gradually.
